Great location, very clean room & bathroom and friendly staff.
the staff were very friendly, the room was really big and clean, and the location was fantastic.
The location is just perfect, inside the historical center and 50 meters from the most entertaining night life place
The room was crampy. I couldn't really move inside of this 3x3 meters cage.
friendliness of staff at reception, breakfast
cleaning staff was unprofessional, rooms are very small
The location of the hotel was good for walking to sightsee the altstadt. Comfortable beds. Even though the rooms were small, there was a bathtub!
The walk to the parking garage.
A friendly staff and great central location on a not so busy side street near Munich's main attractions.
Location is exellent and breakfast buffet was very good.
Small but clean and nicely organized room, useful bath with long bathtub. Reasonable price and best location for theater-goers (staatsoper and schauspielhaus in 3 mins walk), easy access. Nice breakfast. I will choose this hotel if I visit Munich again.
The room was a bit hot.
Very very small rooms (in fact it is not "double"); very noicy rooms - almost all night long; no minibar at rooms; very poor breakfast (how you can call it "buffe"??); not satisfied transportation; location - far from the vivid center of the city. Great disappointment
I could check in very early as I arrived to Munich already in the morning. The lady at the reception gave me the keys with the words, I don't know if its already cleaned up. When I arrived at the room it was cleaned and the room was finished already. Breakfast is ok.
WiFi is a bit complicated as you always have to put your password and user word. Room was to the street and these was very loud during the evening! But closing the window helped a bit!
This was our 2nd stay at Hotel Falkenturm--in the same room! The staff was courteous and responded quickly to any request, the breakfasts every morning were excellent and the location can't be beat.
The room was rather small but we are used to traveling in Europe so we have come to expect that. Our room faced a courtyard that was surrounded by other buildings and it could be noisy when the windows were open.
Very friendly and helpful if not omniscient staff. The room was small but adequate, the breakfast plentiful. Best of all the location, next door to the opera house and within walking distance of most sights. Still very quiet. Much value for the money.
Great location, great price, good enough comfort & clean.
Don't go here if you want luxury but if you want a clean room at a good location for a decent price, you're good to go.
I hate cigarette smoke and everything in the room smelled like it - they should have been cleaned more thoroughly if staff knew a smoker was in the room.
convenieint position and reasonable price - ideal for a short stay of two or three days
